there are a LOT more things that they should bring back to restore some class to the pageant again... but as long as "the Donald" owns the pageant is will remain classless and tacky just like the owner

I wish they would bring the old crowns back and have the outgoing winner sit in the chair, those days were much better for the pageants.

Arizona has had a comparatively large number of semi-finalists and placings, but has never won the Miss USA crown in its own right. However, in 1980, Jineane Ford was awarded the title after Shawn Weatherly (who won the original pageant) won the Miss Universe pageant.

Muito lindas todas as finalistas e a vencedora,que também venceu o Miss Universo 1980, e neste outro concurso também foi justa a sua vitória,pena que a Miss Brasil Eveline Schroeter,que é da minha cidade,não se classificou,o que foi injusto com ela e com os brasileiros.

The male hosts in those days were much better. More elegant-looking, better spoken, and just more classic. Today we get some short dude who stumbles over his words.
