So, this is a basic tutorial, that you, and your creative mind, can entirely manipulate yourself, and turn it into whatever you want(:
For this background, I used images from j-bieber.org and used the program HyperCam2.
I made this while I cut off most of my screen, so bare with me xD

@BiebersCuties You have to extract the files and put them into the fonts bit, if you look it up on the internet it will tell you how to do it, that's how i learned to do it, :)
