The purpose of shows like these is, as Wayne pointed out, to pay tribute to our artists. These performers love what they do, and that in the end is what music is about. If there are some songs that you feel aren't living up to that tribute, by all means you have the right to speak your opinion. The only condition is that those opinions are kept civilized and professional. There's no call for personal attacks.

@TheReinoErasmus and finally #4 - My mom always said, if you haven't got anything nice to say, you should probably say nothing. I extend that to anything nice, informed, intelligent and friendly. Either way the result is the same I guess.

@TheReinoErasmus ...and if you were not one of them then so be it. My second point is that your method of arguing shows you up to be childish, ignorant, aggressive and unpleasant, which means that the show probably was better off for your lack of patronage. #3 - The show was tongue-in-cheek and times, and other times more serious, but always respectful of the artists being covered (because why would someone who isn't a fan come watch?) ... continued
