Pistols are not inaccurate, the person shooting it might be....

thats called the ready position, where you keep it after you hit your target and then you scan for any more hostiles before holstering.

slow is smooth,smooth is fast you dont run around like an idiot shooting everywhere like haj its not a paintball match dumbass accurate shots make up for speed

army doctrine and most forhire doctrines teach the prone roll too and from concealment

01:00 he gets prone then rolls weird i would get to the side and take out the targets . why would you ever switch to pistil those things are so inacurate i would only use them for extreme close quarters because the rifle is so much better

Shouldn't you be in a casual "rest" position, when the instructor says contact?
No one walks around with their rifle shouldered at all times.
