So I finished installing these today and ran around the block with my EGR hole not plugged. Even though exhaust leak was loud the exhaust system US loud all by itself. Sounds nice and all but I already know I will have to lay low around CHP sharks for sure.

By the way, I just put the headers on and my egr pipe is not reaching the manifold, so I am waiting on what motorsports will say. I will probably have to pull them off and shit it all back. or just plug up the egr system.

Btw, have you noticed any power gains from the setup w/o tuning?

@slowassgsr Yes and no...there was a cat and an old magnaflow muffler on there so it definitely freed it up. I also have headers so that helps too.

So I drove around town yesterday, I am thinking about welding in 2 small or 1 big resanator. Way too loud for me, reminds me of my turbo gsr w 3" pipe. You get that constant "hum" from a straight pipe and resanator should take care of that w/o loosing the tone. il drive it around more and see if I get used to it.

@slowassgsr Yeah a resonator should definitely help. I don't daily my Z anymore so it's no biggie =)
