S64 > S88 when it comes to reliability (from what I've seen when I worked in the monitoring department)

I need to know what does is do? it looks like a fan.. i have no idea.. i have a goat farm and 15 acres of land.. how can this help me if i install it. I always have electricity problems at my farm.

Amazing, the thing is when you get Aussie workmanship involved, things go a little better. It passed reliability testing with ease.
