@gutterguy720 An even better point...I live in Indiana, and here you let a 6 year odl ride on the back of a motorcycle with a helmet and that is legal!! 2 wheels,no safety glass, no belts,no air bags,no steel body to protect you , just the belief that the child will hang on. But $25 fine if I don't wear a seat belt. But I can jump out of an airplane at 10,000 feet with a folded up piece of cloth and they have no concerns!
