This is a guide to the new elements the FIG has added to the code of points following the World Championships.
I could not find any footage of Volha Makhautsova performing her bars mount, so I have shown Tatiana Groshkova instead

The Seitz should have been an F element because that is one of the riskiest and most difficult skills to complete before you make it to the high bar.

@Swankdor I just had a look at my code of points, witch I printed in 2011... I couldn't find the full twisting gainer, but the normal stretch gainer, and it is marked as D... so I guess it's true...

does anyone know if Jordyn Wieber got the Whiler named after her on girls bars, since she is the first girl to do it?

@DowisK She didn't as the move is already in the code (It has been performed before, Kristina Goryunova was doing it in 2008 though I am not sure who the first person to do it was)
