A submission from Scarf Hold or Kesa Gatame that isolates the near arm. This technique initiates from a modified Kesa Gatame where your hips are moved back over their hips. The reasoning for this and effectiveness of this are described in another technique video.
The important things to remember include sliding shin first into your opponents armpit (which will put your butt cheek on their lower stomach or hips) and make sure the top of your foot is firmly placed against the back of their shoulder.
It is also important that you keep your whole body weight on your opponent. If you choose to fall of the side before you swing the leg over the head you are giving your opponent an opportunity to escape...so dont do it!
If your opponent bucks so hard that you lose the position be prepared to bail on the armbar and maintain top position, remember position before submission.
tbh your vid´s are amazing....
