Someone had a bad day...the demonstration for this recipe is very simple and well explained. Anyone not understanding the simple terms ie: whisking, skimming, drippings, deglazing or whatever else was said, needn't bother trying to even boil water...that's when you put water into a pan or pot and apply heat until it starts to bubble. This woman showed everything she was doing as she was explaining the steps, anyone unclear about what was said or done is a MORON!! Great simple vid eags07=)
