Thanks, I'll message him. I have the wiring and relay but I don't like how the resistor can reach temps of up to 300 degrees so I am going to try another route, just error cancellors since they don't get hot. I am hoping that it will keep the dipped beam fault warning off the display which in turn won't let the computer turn off the HID's automatically.

I am loving it 100%. For your HID's did you use a relay with a resistor or just an error cancelling harness?
I have DDM Tuning HID's in my foglights of my 2012 but got the dipped beam fault warning when I tried to install the other set in my headlights so right now they are the stock halogens until I get my error cancellors from DDM Tuning as well. I didn't order them originally because I didn't know I'd need them. Let me know how your setup is. I don't want these cancellors to be worthless.

@cmccane Hey there and thanks.
This is my buddies car, but im pretty sure he used a relay switch to fix his problem.
Without it, the screen would display "dipped beam fault" and then shut off the HID's.
But after he wired up the relay, the error still appears for a second every time he turns his lights on, but the lights stay on, and dont shut off.
Yeah- i think thats it. But dont quote me, you can ask him yourself. his profile is That1DudeXx
