i leaned against a wall with a baseball between my chest and the wall. then with all my weight on the ball made circles. the laces on the baseball got in the way a bit, a lacrosse ball may work better...........amidoinitrite

The lighting for this video is a bit dark and shadowy.
The technique is effectively demonstrated, but the overall video could be a bit brighter and cleaner like the others in the series.

You're absolutely right, unlike all the other videos, i shot that one from my webcam after i was hit by car last summer and was unable to walk and do much about the lighting.

Thank you! It was a pretty self serving video. i made this video because i couldn't run or stand up very much and all i was doing was swimming and i needed to massage my pecs. It came out better than I thought considering the quality of the light.

Dear Rich, using a tennis ball instead of fingers and hand works really well. Able to cover acromion process, out to the acromioclavicular joint, just going easy on that area and coracoid process. Even touched head of humerous gently. Thank you for your sharing to us all.

Thanks for your sharing your ideas and taking the time to comment. I agree, tennis balls are a surprisingly effective massage tool. They can be even more effective if you allow gravity to do the work. Try lying down on the floor and let gravity press your relaxed muscles into the tennis balls.
