Part of the reThink Possible Worlds project, run by the Literatti (www.theliteratti.com) Supported by Like Minds, Like Mine and the Mind and Body Consultants in association with Mental Health Awareness week. A campaign towards destigmatising how we think about mental health.

Miles Robertson directed this film with the help of Tim D, Sam Leary and Petra Leary. This piece relates the theme of navigating the maze of life to the experience of being lost at sea. The message applies to anyone going through a difficult time, but has special relevance to problem drinking. The lyrics of the song in this video sum up the message that this group wanted to share perfectly...

when the voyage is too hard
do not let the sea in
keep your vessel afloat,
something you can be in
daylight it is coming
sunrise is not too far
the darkest hour,
is just before the sun...
