I recomend you to use mixcraft as software, after you plugged in the cable in your computer, you can import as MIDI file, add extra effects and it has a good recording quality!

One thing I want to know... how many preset tones are there to choose from? The computer box leads me to think there arent that many to choose from
Is it possible to connect extra toms or cymbals?

@CJLPGL hey man just go out of the headphone jack with a 1/8" stereo cable (like the end of a heaphone cable) straight into the audio card in your computer and after that youll need some software for your computer. Just google audacity and download and install that and just press the red circle button and your recording
