Krazy's Movie Adventures - Road Shenanigans + Eye Candy Bluray Set

I brave the rainy interstate to G-Vegas to pick up my Bluray box set from FYE. Along the way, I get into a couple of close calls on the road, stop at Barnes and Noble and buy a Bluray that's in my all time top 5. I also make an announcement of a big sale that a few of you might be interested in (cough Criterion cough). I wrap it up with a stop at Target to check out the 5.00 Blu-Ray situation.

- Cinema Paradiso (Bluray) Barnes and Noble sticker price 14.99. Came to 12.88 with tax with use of membership discount + 10% coupon.

-Menace 2 Society (Bluray) 7.99 at Target.

Hey Krazy, I love Cinema Paradiso it is my favorite film an I was wondering; do you think it should be a film that Criterion should pick up because I don't think they have. I think they should.

"Menace 2 Society" used to be one of my favorites when I was a teenager and was into Rap. Still a great drama.

@LiveFastDiarrhea Thanks man!! It's been awhile since i've seen Menace 2 Society myself. I'm looking forward to the Bluray experience (I've read the transfer isn't all that great, but I can't trust reviews when it comes to older low budget films like this. Sometimes, they're just being faithful to the source, and the source can look kind of crappy. It was very low budget, but I like that look. As long as they didn't get DNR happy, I should be good).

i jgot my 40th anniversary of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory today at target and its a really nice set especially for $45 and i got #2,106 we must of got lower numbed ones here in California because the ones they had out all had numbers under 10,00 or maybe it was just the store that got lower numbered ones

I just picked up American Psycho on Blu-ray at Target for $5. Other than that, I didn't find anything interesting. Great video, Krazy!
