Hey thanks to Matt for putting all four parts together. I should mention that the one glaring error in this video was that I mention that the starting water temp for a mash is 160, when it should really be about 170F. You lose about 15 degrees of temp after the grains mash-in, for a 155F starting mash temp. This is perfect for alpha-amylase conversion. Have fun brewing all - Brian Vandemark

The copper Manifold allows you easily to drain the Wert from the tank (mash tun).

@MrSchpankme what exactly does the manifold do? does it act as a filter when you are ready to add the mash to the boiler?
