This has to be some kind of All-Region or All-State band. That explains the fine performance. Each member wears the uniform of their respective school.

That's what Sousa actually did when he directed the military bands. He had the soloed sections stand up. That's an homage to none other than Sousa himself.

very good performance!! However, what's with the wide array of uniforms?? I see a couple of marching uniforms, some formal wear, and some randomly placed casual wear.... :) Oh well. Variety is the spice of life!
