In the 80s,I worked at a hotel Bruce stayed at. I slipped the Big Man a While You Were Out note under his door telling him "I 'Wants to see' you" the next night at [the venue]. My phone rang the next afternoon. The voice said, "This is Clarence," as if I should be expecting the call. He asked if I needed tickets and how many. I panicked and asked for 2. He told me to pick up the tickets at Will Call. They were there--2 on the floor. Clarence is a god to me. RIP, Big Man.

I here you,In high school I turned so many people into Bruce you wouldn't believe.Turned about 8-10 into Little Steven..But the Boss I would have no idea how many...That's why he's The Boss!!!!

i'd been a fan since asbury park,new jersey and living in London,i banged on and on to anyone i spoke to ......get along and see this man and his band,i turned many people on to the boss that night,great gig and the start of his huge fan club here in England
