HOW to RESTORE FIRMWARE 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

this is a tutorial on how to downgrade from firmware 3.1.3 to any firmware as long as you have the ispw firmware file. This is incase you tried to jailbrake your 3.1.3 ipod touch or iphone and found yourself stuck or having a hardtime. you can get a copy of your firmware in the link below

@Toonakes I believe at this point it was 9.2 now im at 10.2 for firmware upgrades;)

@calerid can u help plz me? im stuck on the apple logo on my iphone 3gs 3.1.2 and i tried to restore without updating with the 3.1.2 custom ipsw but now it says my iphone is not compatible?? ive tried rejailbreaking with blackra1n but still stuck at the apple logo screen.. if you have a solution can u plz let me know.. thanks...

@Toonakes 1: have you Checked to make sure it is infact the "Iphone 3gs" firmware? I am betting that is it, if not ill see what else I can find? That is one you always gotta make sure because each model has it's own firmware if you got it from felix Bruns. but you cannot go back down to the 3X from 4X firmwares apple blocked it. Also they might have made it blocked to downgrade or stay in any firmware below the 4X

@JoshuaFaise Do you mean for the firmware in Itunes? its Shift+Restore, if you mean the Firmware for whatever JB software then it will just have a box to click, then you locate it.
