This man works for us and he is a really nice guy. He rides at night alone and his horse knows how to go home, so he doesn't have to. He is very funny too, and gave us his autograph on a porch railing he helped to build. haha Only in KY and it makes national news...I also saw this on one of the morning shows.

okay, bad enough this guy's drinking, okay, I can see cars and motorcycles getting pulled over, but a horse? o.0 That last woman in the video said it best. This "DUI" should have been an "RUI"

If he wasn't driving anything but just riding, than it isn't illegal to just ride in or on a vehical drunk as long as your not in control. In this case his defense can be that well at least the horse was sober and was the one in control and the man was just a passanger. I remember cops even told me that I can get a DUI on a bicycle even though a bicycle is not a motor vehical. Then I heard one time that if you're caught drunk on a bicycle, you wouldn't get a DUI but you would get a BUI.

Stupid cops. Super illegal arrest. A DUI is defined as operating a MOTOR vehicle under the influence. I hope he sued those cops's asses off

haha, that is my uncle he saw this video he said the picture was him but not the horse riding part(he does not wear red)he also said that he should sue them.
