@babzrobinson Firstly, you are amazing. Secondly, what is the thickness and material of the hoop you're using here? I'm having major problems with this trick, but possibly b/c I'm using 3/4" 160 poly tubing?

I've got this down pretty well.
At one point a put my knee out too and abused my hip.
If you you learn this be aware of your bodies limitations. :)
Such a kick ass move.

I agree! I wish all the tutorials were in slo mo! It's much easier to see how the move is performed. I love your tutorials, easy to follow!
what is the easiest hoop to do tricks with? i am in the process of buying an LED hoop and wondered which was the best ..i was thinking about 1/2 100 psi 38 inches ..what do you think?

@ljw05e I think that is a good size for your first led hoop, sometimes i feel like the 1/2 inch tubing they use for led hoops is not quite as stiff as id like it but i like a suuuuuper stiff hoop but a softer hoop tends to be more forgiving for most tricks but not breaks, where stifness is an asset. it also all depends on how long you've been hooping and what style of hooping you do. im sure youll love it what ever you choose!
