So, what happened with rear end collisions? Did they go up like they do at most intersections with cameras? Also, what is your car count now. Most of the time the count goes down at these intersections. That is why they aren't good for local businesses.

I like how he explains how rear end accidents are acceptable. Rear end collisions are proven to go up by 75% due to red light cameras!

During the FY ending last June, the city budgeted 1.4 million dollars for this program and collected 1.471 dollars. After paying Red-Flex they retained $971,714. Traffic enforcement by all police officers generated about one-third of that - $454,230 and was 82% of budget. The fellow in this video didn't have the time to share these results.
