Hey, i dont have P90X yet and im just wondering do you do the first workout Chest and Back the first week, next week plyometrics etc...???
which one results in being bulkier lean, doubles, or classic

@imyourmvp23 P90X won't really lead to bulk per say but you def can add some good lean muscle. Classic is the best way to go for that. Doubles includes more cardio and make work against your bulking goals

@vuvezelaman I have a break down on my website, just following the link in the video description right under the video on this page

Can I do the workouts for butt, legs and stomach instead of arms and chest? I'm a girl, and I would only like to tone up those areas I mentioned, and not arms and chest. But would this make me loose weight? Im doing spinning 4-5 times a week at my gym from before, but if I add P90X to my workoutsystem, would I still loose weight and get slimmer? Im not fat or chubby, just not in my comfort zone :)

@missjoanna95 Dont worry about Bulking, I would just follow the classic schedule. Lift lighter with more reps (12-15). You want to get well rounded fitness. You won't get bulked up unless you want to. Besides, it wouldn't happen over night so you'd be able to adjust if needed.
