The thing about rock'n'roll is that for me anyway it wasn't enough ... There were great catch-phrases and driving pulse rhythms ... but the songs weren't serious or didn't reflect life in a realistic way. I knew that when I got into folk music, it was more of a serious type of thing. The songs are filled with more despair, more sadness, more triumph, more faith in the supernatural, much deeper feelings

the movie was crap.
criticizing It is like this fairytale, where the king is wearing "invisible" clothes and everyone say, ou, these are very nice clothes and no one wants to say that there is actually nothing - the king is naked, because only the stupid ones can not see the clothes, so you must say, what everybody else. But this king here is naked... and I am not afraid to say it.

Todd Haynes owned this film. I loved it, but since I didnt know much about "Dylan" it was kind of hard to understand....so do your research before seeing it.

anyone who thinks this is a bad film just doesn't know anything about bob dylan and his life-- this movie is genius and so it bob dylan. the movie's just a little confusing if you don't know your dylan/ have no imagination
