I started listening to this song on June 24, 2009....the next day Michael Jackson passed away....I attributed this song to his memory. BTW I was in class at UCLA when he died.

@SchizoFilms You're right. Roy in the original Macross, Kaji in Evangelion, Spike in Cowboy Bebop. They always kill off the coolest and most easily relatable character.
