Help more wishes come true by coming aboard this inaugural, once-in-a-lifetime event to christen and launch the world's largest and most revolutionary cruise ship, the Oasis of the Seas.
Sailing Nov. 30 Dec. 1, 2009 From Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Royal Caribbean International® has donated 1,000 staterooms to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® as a special fundraiser for wish kids.
The one-night cruise will be a magical evening to "share the power of a wish®." Highlights include the official christening and naming ceremony as well as festivities hosted by the celebrity godmother of the ship.
Onboard amenities will be open for guests enjoyment, including: rock-climbing walls; a zip line and carousel (both cruise ship firsts); FlowRider surf simulators; four unique types of pools; the Vitality Spa; and an acrobatic diving show in the AquaTheater. After enjoying a special dinner menu in the Opus Dining Room (certain event packages include the ships specialty restaurants), guests can visit the Opal Theater; see comics in Comedy Live; relax in a lounge; and gamble in the Casino Royale.
