Views from a taxi along the streets of Havana and through the suburbs and countryside to Jose Marti International Airport. Features many old cars from the 1950s and 1960s, as well as Cuban architecture, street art, monuments and other built environment infrastructure. The film finishes with footage of the airport building and aircraft on the runway, including a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747 and an Air France Boeing 777.

  • Oh, btw, Stuartmoss, I subbed you yesterday; LOVE your channel and your vids!!!

  • @ursa41 Thanks! You won't be disappointed with Cuba, thankfully being British I don't have any restrictions for visiting.

  • @stuartmoss I love the UK! And you are lucky-no restrictions! You see, I am first-generation American (which really means nothing to me plus I am VERY European-minded at best), my parents were immigrants from Spain. However, I do hold dual citizenship so I can always utilize my Spanish passport to access & depart Cuba via Toronto, Canada-Mexico City, Mexico or, in all likelihood, Madrid, Spain. lol A pleasure to have corresponded with you, sir! And thank you. :-)

  • @ursa41 You might be interested to know that there is a weekly flight from Miami to Cuba for non-US citizens only. It isn't advertised very well, and i don't know which airline, but it does exist, I met some Cuban-Americans who were allowed to use it.

  • Cuba does NOT look that bad!! Traffic everywhere, people going about their business...so what the hell is all the fuss about , calling this beautiful island of Cuba "an impoversihed and starving country"? That's los puto yanqui gringos and their exaggeration for you!! ...lol

  • @ursa41 I'm not sure who your comment is aimed at, but I found Cuba to be a FANTASTIC country, I enjoyed everything about it.

  • cuba is a beautiful island and I'm waiting for the day both castro's die so it can become rich and brought into the 21st century so it can be even better for the people that live there

  • Loll so if n.e one that lives in cuba speaks to fidel, if you can tell him wht i said... : )

  • @stuartmoss THANK YOU for the info, Stuart!! It is much appreciated; I guess my Spanish passport will come in mighty handy!! LOL

  • @stuartmoss Hello. I was addressing a designated group of people who vehemently criticize the economic state of the island just because a socialist government under Fidel has been in power for 52 years. Most of it is generated from American propaganda naturally. But I intend to visit Cuba, like some of my cousins/friends in Spain have. I also have some distant relatives living there as well. I love Cuba: always have , always will REGARDLESS!!! Saludos. :-)
