Cool, this is how I've always done it, but I had no clue it's how you're supposed to do it! Thanks, we rarely have water bottles around, so I'll stick to the way I know best.

It's a double edged sword. The yolk has the most fat and cholesterol, but also contains selenium as well as many vitamins and minerals with a bit of protein.

no some recipes just require the egg whites and not the yolk and some require the yolk not egg white and some require both
