@bbbb1000 She was a traitor because Elizabeth allowed her to stay in England and she kept plotting to kill her!
-
"Mary of Scotland is a traitor."
This seems a strange statement. SHe was a foreign queen who had taken refuge in England. Does that mean she owed allegiance to England like an Englishwoman?
-
Interesting the contrast in the natures between the two queens Elizabeth. The 1st had her emotions very on the surface and constantly shifting from moment to moment, the 2nd has always been very unwavering in displaying any emotion and then nothing more than constant steadiness.

Clearly Elizabeth I was bi polar.

OMG I love HELEN MIRREN!
She kills this role.
Her acting is so projecting its like you can feel her rage.
-
fantastic acting

Helen Mirren is outstanding in this scene. She goes from quietly menacing into rage in a matter of minutes.
-
Wow, Elizabeth was a real drama queen. I mean drama Queen.
-
I agree. I also loved Helen Mirren as Elizabeth II in "The Queen."

i like helen mirren Elizabeth better than the rest because it looks more realistic..not all that make up crap that makes elizabeth look like 20 or 30 years old instead. and her acting ROCKS!
I love how she snapped her finger like "GUURRL THESE BITCHES DONT KNOW WASSUP!"
