@Paskatomten but even then, does the software recognise there are two units plugged in, and not just copy the same output for each unit.

It did.
When you setup your system you can decide where in the room its located. Like you could setup ALL your lights on the left side with everyone on different distance so they would switch color to the left color of your tv in different moment.
Like if a red car would pass on the tv from right to left it would pass the lights one by one until last light has shown the red color.

The video doesn't show the best qualities of it nor can it show the immersion quality. In games like Left 4 Dead, imagine being in a pitch dark room, with only the light of the ambx showing as your flashlight is turned on. Suddenly you hear a witch in the distance - shut off the flashlight and the room goes dark. It's not going to make for a better gamer, but don't tell me that doesn't add to the experience.
