alright i like the tunes and the music and all, but what exactly is he doing onstage? fucking girl talk has a better stage show. hes just dancing and sip-syncing to the vocal samples. i dig most of his projects, but it looks to me like he's just dancing, (poorly,) to a fuckin CD. i dont get it. he doesnt really need to be there to "win."

I think what all the haters are trying to say is that the choice of samples is pretty cliche from a crate digger's point of view. While I would agree that the sampling isn't exactly breaking new ground, at a battle its more about hitting people with those catchy beats that are gonna move the feet rather than push the art.
