These were great cars. Too bad Ford let them wilt on the vine. They were usually good for 200-250,000- miles with little to no trouble and the interiors held up much better than most other cars.

@teddyd2009 Not fast by the psychotic standards of today, but 0-60 in 8.5 seconds and 1/4 mile in 16.5 is not too bad in a heavy car with highway gears. The CV police car runs 7.8 and 15.8 because of the dual exhaust and quicker rear end.
