True metalists wear what they feel like what they should wear. meaning they go with the flow and wear whatever they want.:D
And not every metal band has long hair and bullet belts, good metal bands do that, but even better metal bands wear what they want.
It's sort of simple, but mainly us metalheads try to show our appreciation with band tees as well. It's a mixture of many different things. Every metalist is different in their own way.

Yeah man, but you did say that you are the only Death Metal listener ''other than maybe the 2 Asking Alexandria shirts ive seen around''. Which does sound like you're saying that they are Death Metal as well. Regardless, I personally don't think much of Asking Alexadria. I prefer true Metal bands \m/. I think that Asking Alexandria are a bunch of posers to be honest, not real Metal in my view. Real Metalists don't care about their apperance and looks.
