@ntsteam59 That is one fast steam engine. It even sort of sounds like a tornado. That's definatly the right name for it. Cool vid. :)

From what I understand, the locomotive was named " tornado " after the jet aircraft used by the R.A.F. And that steam locomotive is unique among today's operating steamers; it was not an old loco that was restored but all the parts were built from scratch! But Great Britian does get tornadoes occasionally like the one that hit Birmingham several years ago.

a captured a picture of a small tornado spinning across my school field where i live in Yeovil, Somerset. it knocked down a tree but luckilly no one was out when it hit! it lasted 3 minutes

For your education, the "Train" is a LNER A1 Pacific Class 4-6-2 engine that was built from scratch 2 years ago. The engine is No.60163 "Tornado" and this was the first time the engine had visited Bath.
The title of the flim was ment as a bit of fun!!!!!!!!!!!
