This can be used for normal, super and eternal level bows using simple editations. It's also not limited to Sailor Moon bows, but in fact anything that requires a bow where you want it to stand out and keep that obvious bow shape.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

  • hi @8StreetAngel , is it possible to make the bow without a sewing machine???

  • @Smallville357 Yes you can make them by hand, just stich the seams with a needle.

  • At min 29/30 what kind of material is it? Sorry but I didn't understand >.<'

  • @KikyoNeko7 I used satin as the fabric and the white stuff ironed on was 'iron on interfacing', which is used to stiffen fabrics like starching shirt cuffs and collars. Does that help?

  • Can I have the total length and width of the finished product? I'm making these today and don't want to cut out my fabric, and it be too long or too short. But Im pretty sure you'd be a bit bigger than me so they might be too big, I just want to know what the dimensions are. And, if you were to make the front bow or regular back bow like I am, what length should the tail be if it's going to be shorter?

    Thanks~!

  • @LittleJJ1213 The bow will be 12.5 by 7 inches and the tail in the video would be 16.5 by 6.5 inches, basically half the starting measurements minus the seam allowances. To make a regular length tail as opposed to super keep the 14 inch width, adjust length as necessary for your tastes of how much wider it sits. Sorry for late reply.

  • where did you buy your sewing pattern for this

  • Can interfacing be used on most fabrics? I am looking for a stiffer skirt and this would be lovely. The fabric I am using is polyester/cotton. I suppose I can pick this up at any fabric store?

  • @TotoroHelloKitty It's not necessary, but ends up looking WAY nicer ;)

  • Is it nessesary to put the interfacing? Please respond asap

  • @TotoroHelloKitty i bought mine at Joann for like $3, but it comes in a package and it only like 1 yard. they sell another package for 5 yards for it's like $10 x_x

  • How much is the iron on interfacing?

  • I didnt like it how you have edited your voice to fade out at times :S
