@Ulmmi I think the feelings in this song are as filled with passion and as deep as you're going to get. Its a weary passion full of melancholy and loss but it's there nonetheless. May not be as dramatic a voice as Florence or Bjork but a little subtlety can go a long way sometimes.

@Ulmmi there's so much meaning beneath all of Laura Marlings songs. She's not like any other girl singer I've heard. Every thing she says and writes has so much haunting emotion and it's profoundly authentic. So I'm not really sure what you're talking about...

Nice voice.. but this chason-esque singing is kinD OF lame.. like so many other girls with their guitar. my god how about some PASSION ?! SOME DEEP FEELINGS ? if my life where this song i`d kill myself from boredom. Im off lisitening to Björk and Florence and Kate Bush.
