but it's fun it really is especially with a g36 or m4 but next time we go to the range we need to bring more 7.62 cause that 22 gets boring after a few hundred rounds that and no do not us a 22 for home defense you'll just piss someone off shooting that pea shooter at them

So does it shoot good? I was going to do a similar set up when i get my 10/22.

@antila70 Yes, yes it does. Mine is a Ruger 10/22 Carbine, modified with an ebay "dragunov" stock. Tascot red dot optic. As far as "does it shoot good?" I believe that what your asking is whether or not it is a dependable rifle. It also depends on what you're going to be using it for. If you're using it for plinking and putting holes through paper with it like I do, then yes, is does "shoot good" with good quality ammo. Killing people with it? no. Home defense? Not really.

@antila70 Also, I see you've subscribed to nutnfancy. I recommend you don't listen to them. They like to tacticool this guns and use terminology for the weapons that you know damn good and well they don't use off camera. Plus most of their advice sucks ass.
But to answer your earlier question, the Ruger 10/22 is a dependable little rifle if you take care of it. I haven't had any problems from mine at all. Clean it, use quality ammo and not cheap shit, and you'll be fine.

@RBLGoku1 I already have the stock and a Tasco red dot, I'm just waiting for the rifle. As for Mr. fancy, 90% of what he says and does we cant do up here in Canada. I just like the "run & gun" concept and think its a cool concept for testing firearms.

@antila70 It isn't that great of a way to test firearms. Trust me. It becomes HIGHLY dangerous.
