My Backbend - can anyone give me any tips? I still haven't got a lot of shoulder flexibility but the main problem is that I sort of collapse when I fall.

  • good try! the only thing going wrong is your not arching enough, and your hands are going to much out, your actually meant to keep it near your feet, as close as possible but good try!!

  • i don't know if you still want tips, but i noticed you're arching too soon. bend your knees a bit as soon as you start to go back. if you start to feel your knees give out, arch more, and lean backwards.

  • You really need to get more flexible in your shoulders before you try that but good try

  • What an excellent idea for how to do begin bridges without a wall if you don't have a spot. Thanks for posting!

  • Keep at it. You need more flexibility in the shoulder area. Keep doing bridge ups and then straighten your knees. That will develop that for you.

    1. do your hands first(you frightened me when u hit ur head on the bed.

    2. try doing it on the floor!
