Osama bin Laden is known worldwide as the founder of al-Qaeda and the mastermind of 9/11. But much less is known of his sprawling Saudi family and their multiple ties to the United States. This isn't the first time Democracy Now has featured something that leaves me with a big hmmmm. This tale has Bin Laden painted as though 9/11 were simply thrown together. This doesn't explain how Bush's brother came to be the contractor for the World Trade Centre fiber optics updating that had workmen drilling into walls during the two weeks prior to 9/11 and does nothing to explain the use of thermite to bring the tpwers down. This is rubbish.

So the US Govt only became aware of him when he went to Sudan - I can believe there are individual Americans who can't find their own country on a map but that is a bitter Joke. I can't believe that the US Business & Govt most of whom are decended from middle-estern folks & like Bush's family did business with the Saudi & binladen oil companies for over 50 years did not know who OSAMA BINLADEN was!!!!
