Chest Exercises

It is essential that when you do any exercise that you perform the movements correctly, if you don't you will receive less then optimum benefit from the exercise. It is very difficult to unlearn bad exercise habits, so it is best to learn the right exercise technique from the very start.

For each leg workout pick 3 of these exercises and do 4-5 sets (including warm up sets) for each exercise. You can vary the exercises you do for each leg workout.

  • You should do dumbbell presses after each set this will get you bigger and stronger faster.

  • Creatine will nake your heart grow rapidly , your heart is muscle so itll start to get bigger and you will have heart problems . Stay away from it . I guess once in a full moon take it for a little boost but dont over use it .

  • good workout but you need to straighten out your wrist to avoid future injuries and next time you less weight so you know your limit without a spotter p.s don't forget to inhale on your way down and exhale pushing up
