Go to the search box, type "tornado in Netherlands" or one of the other countries, and a good amount of these will have a video showing a tornado in one of these countries. U.K., Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Israel, Australia, Austria, France, Spain, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, China, Taiwan, Thailand, and India just to name a few. The USA is not the only country that get's tornadoes.

Strangely, I don't think this thing was evident on radar--if so, it impresses that there's no substitute for people out there making eye contact with it.
