EasyCub STOL, VTOL & Bush flying

Initial flights of a modified Multiplex Easy Cub with huge flaps, ailerons and big foot. Just like the new Fun Cub, I know, but I got this kit before the release.
As you might notice by the unfinished covering, I am still working on the plane but could not wait any longer to try it. Hopefully I will be able to finish it before destroying it. ;-)
The huge flaps can turn 90 degrees, which I knew should work in theory, but I confess I was very skeptical to see it in practice. At first they made the plane pitch up and stall abruptly, so I mixed some down elevator and played with its % for a while, until I found the sweet spot.
At the end of the day, the plane would hold its line and just slow down when 90 degrees of flaps where applied!
