40K RPG with models

Night Lords are a good choice for playing Chaos space marines.

How did they become Night Lords?

@Trencher1375 While creating characters they group chatted to each other and one mentioned that he loved the Night Lords and sold the rest of the players on the ideas and now they are reading the books and listening to the audio

@cptmachine I actually liked the Night Lords because they don't have a huge history of all the nasty mutations that other Legions have. The idea of being Chaos troopers, but having to grow a third arm or tentacle or your facing turning into a leech-head or something gross never appealed to me. I just want to serve Chaos and be a "human-looking" evil-hearted Space Marine (for example). Night Lords seem to fit that (as do Thousand Sons Sorcerors, but they are much rarer in numbers, apparently).
