Hello i'm a 48 year old male and i tore my acl and had a acl reconstruction via hamstring. I am a construction worker not a soccer player so i can't seem to get info on when i could go back to work. I do carpentry, drywall and taping. All the acl info is for sports. Ther'e not the only ones who tear acls. I am 5 weeks post op and my knee feels better each day but what can i do . Can i shovel the driveway, go snowmobilling. What are the does and don'ts
