it actually had the potentional to be a great film but as everybody who has seen it knows they really fucked it up, i mean, if they had stuck to the story it would have been awesome, and yeah i know that originality would have been good too but they had it so different that its nearly got nothing to do with dragonball

We would if it would follow the "spirit" of the original. and thats not going to how terrible the script was written. Evolution also means "progress" which it lacked

@xam3000hehe I couldn't agree with you more, I mean the film was so rushed as well along with it's other flaws it doesn't even feel like a movie experience, it goes. Goku trains with gohan, he goes to school, he goes to a party, gohan is killed, goku finds bulma, they go find roshi, goku trains some more, he sees chichi at the tornament which we don't see, they find some dragonballs, piccolo is evil, so on and so forth, I mean what is this a children's book!?!?!?

This movie is a adaption...which it failed at...and if you can hardly compare it to the original franchise then its a horrible movie...Period! plus that movie has so many plots holes its not even funny.
