Answer- The Secretary of Treasury have a letter to the Federal Reserve to print 170 billion dollars out of THIN AIR. Well considering how that is going to add to the inflation and lower the value of the American Dollar. The $600 rebate turns into more like $300 and Now my Paycheck(and Your's) is worth even less overseas.
