@FieldmasterFox if the warden catches you he has no legal right to confiscate your bike but obviously he CAN call the police and they can take it from you. but i've only had a run in with him a couple of times but 1. he never catches you because a bike is 100 times more agile around the woods and 2. he never gives chase because it's illegal due to it being so dangerous. he would literally just follow you out of the woods. :)
