The white dot that darts past is a piece of the missile/rocket that breaks off due to vibrations and wind resistance. (Like the paint falling off the Saturn 5 rocket as it takes off)
The line that is seen across the clouds is the shadow of the exhaust/condensation trail. The sun is shining from the right side. The clouds are on the left....so A + B = BHAM! Shadow

There have been recorded and investigated cases of UFO's tracking and even disabling missiles. It has happened - but this is not one of those cases..
