@MuhammedTheDog brats on the beat had nothing to do withsurviving ramones cjay, marky, tommy, or richie. it was organized by jim from punk band pennywise and included work from jim, members of the dwarves, queens of the stone age, t.s.o.l., the donnas, and i forget who else. it was intended for parents who want their children to get into good music (ramones!) instead of bad music (bieber, britney, whatever!). which is cool. so you should rethink your comment.

All the surviving Ramones are out doing their own thing. They are all doing just fine. I don't quite understand what is meant by "selling out".

The Ramones never sold out during their active time, but the surviving members today have.

you know what END ALL THIS PROBLEM RIGHT NOW. Ramones is the greatest punk rock band ever and thanks to them almost all the bands of today exist, including the strokes. and the strokes is an alright band that have done a ramones cover wich is good now stop it
