A look at how Regent Park, in downtown Toronto, is transforming from a down and out neighbourhood, to a well-designed, mixed income neighbourhood with low income apartments, market rentals, condos, stores, arts and culture. It is Canada/s oldest and largest government housing development. The transformation started around 2005 and should be finished around 2015.

@natcho9988 Regent Park is in the heart if Toronto city. Location is great. Now Scarborough is the new ghetto. lot of people in Regent Park have been relocated to Scarborough area.
